Answers:    You may not entail the terrarium if you have ample sunlight in a room and proper conditions. However, the tree will stipulation to reach sexual parenthood to bear fruit. I don't know for sure how older it will need to be and what size it will attain when it does that. I do know that it is a tremendously slow growing plant so you may have a long hang around. It does grow in an nouns of FL where temps drop at times to the 30's and 40's so it can tolerate some low temps. Not sure how it will tolerate dry roast in winter within a house however. In that respect it might like the terrarium. Can't hurt to try several methods if you hold enough seed.
