I had my rosebush for several years and it did flower the first two or three years, and consequently it stop. Is there something that it wishes for encourage it to flower again? It looks outstandingly healthy, have good size body and leafs but it have no rose buds to flower.
Answers:    It's gone 'blind' sling and replace, only a few bucks.
It sounds close to the trees around it are now proviing more shade and it may be getting fertilizer beside too much nitrogen.
I would move it to a sunnier location, cut the stalks back going on for 1/3rd and fertilize it with 10-10-10 or another more impartial fertilizer - it needs the correct nutrients to form the buds and too much nitrogen tell it to work only on leaves!
