Why is the grass green? I'm serious

I'm serious
Grass is high surrounded by chlorophyll ( used to make food for the plant from carbon dioxide) which gives it it's green color. It isn't. It basically reflects the green portion of the light spectrum.
Grass appears green because adjectives of the colors in the rainbow are absorbed into the leaves of the grass except green. Grass and most other plants are green because they contain a pigment prearranged as chlorophyll. The chlorophyll is used in the process of photosynthesis where a plant produces sugar contained by the presence of
sunlight Its due to the huge amount of cholorophyll in grass pigments.
it probably has to do beside the amount of sunlight... but idk... good question! chlorophyll and sun.
"The Outcast" is right. Why leftovers your time on these questions? Did a teacher ask this? all right because thats the color they absorb from the sun i guess :D
