Why dose my neighbor own adjectives kind of milk containers next to wet contained by them adjectives over his grass?

I heard give or take a few this being for keeping dogs from using the patio as a toilet. It was a science faire project surrounded by Jr. High. The project said it worked. But I've not seen that it does.

(Yeah, shift ask your neighbor.)
Perhaps to weigh rainfall or how much their sprinkler puts out.
Perhaps to water plants beside.
Perhaps as a bait for bugs or flies.
Perhaps it is frozen water and he is trying to chill his plants (I do that next to my plum and cherry trees).
Perhaps he is trying to get mosquito/or larva to nurture to frogs.
Answers:    lol i looked outside this morning and noticed going on for ten milk jugs against the neighbors shed.aft what looks like tomato plants..im not sure if he is watering from them or if he will use them to save the plants upright..im gonna ask him the subsequent time i see him..cause it looks flat out strange..lol
Tanaz is right. In Australia, about ten years ago nearly every front garden have soft drink bottles half complete with sea. It is supposed to deter the neighbour's dogs from pooing on the lawn.
