Really hot weather will cause the radishes to bolt and transport up tall stalks without forming a radish. Your best bet is to linger until the weather cools and plant some more. Most radishes mature in twenty something days so you hold plenty of time to grow more. You may have the white radishes and they grow long and skinny. If you have the red ones it may be too hot and not ample water.
Answers: Radishes really don't approaching heat, so if you are having really hot weather that are merely not growing. A lot of water may help. It is importantly unlikely that your soil needs fertilizer -- radishes don;t need much.
My best counsel is to wait till cooler weather and try again.
Needs more hose, but not too much or else they'll crack. That and you probably tried pulling them up too soon. They love water..and angelic soft loose dirt...but the water and sun are the answer
