It has be raining quite a bit, I give the tree some blood meal to be strong within the spring and temperatures fell into the 37 degree last week. I am north of Dallas. Any thinking?
Answers: The blood meal did NOT do any mar to your tree.
But the cool rainy weather probably did.
There are tons fungus and blights that attack stone fruit and if it stops raining then spray the tree and the ground beneath it with a fungicide.
The one and only other thing might be that it did stop raining and the sun come out to HOT and to FAST then you could hold Leaf Scorch. If that is the travel case then nought you can do this season.
The tree will be O.K.for next season how ever.
Take some leaves wrapped within a baggie to a reputable garden center and nursery for a positive I.D. of your problem.
too much water probably.or the suns too hot...or its the pesticides intake it.you should probably go and bring back some fertilizers
