They are not floppy, which I know is caused by over manuring, they are extremely tall beside very small flowerheads.
Answers: I visited a lavender cattle farm last week and all the flowering head are small.I have two bundles drying now and i am guessing ther are usually small.
Could be heaps possibilities. Wheather,soul,heat and could also be the type of Lavender.
