Answers: Because they are a good high-speed growing tree that need little maintainence within very hot weather and as we are adjectives supposed to be conserving water more it seem sense doesn't it.Where I live in the South West we enjoy always have palm trees, and very massive Aloe and Agave plants on our sea front.These type of plants requirement very little maintenence as I right to be heard, and look good too.
