Answers:    I hold had excellent luck beside the Early Girl and recommend it highly. The Fourth of July Tomato must be a strictly new hybrid. I enjoy never grown it but it appears to fruit sooner than the Early Girl and produce tomatoes a bit smaller. Try a few plants of each and see which you approaching best.

I've never heard of 4th of July tomato, but my husband have been gardening since the age of 5 (he's 49 now), and he swears by Early Girl. Also, we hold a greenhouse nearby that covers in the region of 3 acres--if 4th of July tomatos worked well, I'm sure they'd enjoy them, but I've never seen them.
