I did the sensible thing and get 2 estimates to re-build a small fence contained by my garden, which got blown down by recent strong gale (with concrete posts and wooden panels). The first builder contacted me 2 days later surrounded by writing with an estimate, adjectives layed out and broken down into descriptions of his proposed works. The second builder, who my neighbour recommended, came round and said he'd ring me the subsequent day near an estimate, in which he did, but costs lb100 more. Which builder would you adopt? Do you think it's more sensible to filch on the one who has put it adjectives in writing, as dead set against a verbal quote?

its easier said than done too say anyone can write an estimate , own you thought of trying to claim on your buildings ins ? its best to actually see the builder himself facade to face the phone one may be a bit dodgy, so im ot much give a hand but you cold always obtain a third qoute it may be even cheaper, its not exactly a hard available job or a priority (leaky roof etc) all the best try a few others who sermon face to frontage,
