Vinca minor and Vinca through work great and have muted purple flowers... Also quite pest resistant... Also if you dont mind the winter freez, Yellow and purple cone flowers are perennial plants beside non stop blooming performance... Very well-mannered for cut flowers as they last a long time... They die to ground but sprout contained by spring again... G'd luck...
