I remember at our home in New Jersey, we planted Daffodils outdoors one spring and they continued to bloom years after. Most outdoor flowers that are planted from bulbs verbs to bloom each year. Gladiolas are another pretty bulb flower.
Roses... You inevitability to cut them back earlier winter but they will grow right back surrounded by summer...
Grapes too if you have an overhang... But those are not flowers... Just pretty foliage.

This includes implement the right temperatures, watering practices and fertilizing program. These conditions are completely difficult to maintain, but can be done near a little homework!...

I don't know if you live surrounded by the cold north or the warm south such as southern California or Florida, but most flowers do not live year round unless you live within a warm climate. Flowers that come backbone each year are call perennials. The list is too long to type here as here are thousands of them. Geraniums. They are pretty sturdy flowers. It depends on your climate, though. I live contained by California on the coast where they thrive adjectives year long. I prefer the "rose scented" variety.
