Hydrangea
Around the neighborhood: daffodil, lavender, pansy
At the garden center: hydrangea ( I think they enjoy improved them so the color is more vivid, but most people, myself included, enjoy had a bad experience beside mud colored hydrangeas!) Of that list, Daffodils in the spring and Pansies within the summer. Besides that, I see a ton of Day Lillies and Marigolds around.
Of you list, Pansy surrounded by the winter. Hydrangea in the summer. But overall I would probably consider Daylilies, considering the varieties available and the rebloomers.
The sort of new Knock Out Rose has an extraordinary bloom extent. From April to December in my climate, zone 7.
