We bought a guano mixture that also have mushroom in it.
Just hail as around to nurseries or plant stores.
I find it hard to buy point soils at the wal marts, or these types of places. Or of course you could step get your own and mix it yourself...but this is work.
You do realize if you are natural mushrooms will grow, you mix this into the soil and walla!
