Answers: Peppers like hot weather. I plant them within my garden in Maine every spring. Most years I carry a good crop but some years are too cold and drizzly.
In warm locations. They don't appear to do well within Moss Beach. We're a block from the ocean, and my pepper plants never seem to be to thrive here, let alone develop pepper.
