I checked under bricks and rocks in my front and backyard, but no luck. Where do they salt away? I know they hide underground, but how do i find them?

This will sound strange, but if you pat the ground hard beside your hand, or a spade or something, the vibrations cause the worms to rise to the surface..so you should see some.

Get a sea hose or a sprinkler and soak a medium to large nouns of the ground, then, cover it with a tarp, boards, or doesn`t matter what else you have. Leave it overnight and then check.
