Where are my onions? I planted some onion sets about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks...
I planted some onion sets about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks ago and they go into the ground with a touch green sprout but now it seem like they are departed or something. Did I do something wrong? I planted them about 1 1/2-2" weighty and I water them every morning. How do I plant forceful onion and potato sets? Thanks!
Answers: They'll put up new shoots eventually. Have tolerance.
You planted the onions correctly. Give them time to recover from plant shock. Onions will pocket several weeks to produce 2" size onions. Be patient. The longer you dally the larger the onion.
