They are still going really strong, i took down my winter hanging picnic basket today and replanted them into tubs as i thought it would be a shame to throw them away. There are evern new flowers still coming on them.
Will they flower adjectives summer?
pansies are actually perennial so they should next to any luck stay alive all summer and flower again subsequent winter although i do find it can be a bit hit and miss as to whether they survive
Pansies do not similar to heat. Yes, it is a shame to hold to throw them away, but you can always attempt to amass some seed for subsequent planting. I live in the open south, plant my pansies in November. They are presently getting scruffy looking. I plan on letting some flowers dry out since I pull them up, so that I can collect seed. Pansies generally do not live thru the summer, unless you live surrounded by a very mild, northern climate beside cool summers. My pansies will be totally gone by the end of May.
As long as your pansies are still blooming, great. However, mine did a profuse bloom until that time they started producing tiny stunted blooms. Depending on your region, they may start to wither sometime in the subsequent few weeks. Good luck.
Answers: They go on for ages, they come out within the winter because they tolerate the cold weather, but also thrive if looked after in the summer.
