Just curious , as I am wanting to make the bed I own for planting groundcover well drained as possible and life, but maybe it would truly be better, if the plant does not like like mad of moisture around its roots to just not make a payment too much?

or is it better to use the "topsoil" dirt that you get by the truck nouns?

which is more organic? and why so?

Answers:    Use gypsum (available at any nursery or nursery section of a home development store). It's a white powder that you just spread across the clay soil. Then grasp some kind of natural ground cover (I used that stuff that's made from chipped forest products) to put on top of it. Then sea it just adequate to let the gypsum soak into the soil.

Do this again contained by about a week. Then a week next, you will be able to till the soil as though it be a loam.

I did this on an area that have almost pure clay in some areas and solid pieces of decomposed granite surrounded by others. Within 2 weeks, I was competent to till the soil to about 4 inches beside a 4-tined steel rake without much action. My groundcover I planted there is immediately thriving.

add gypsum to your soil, later get your topsoil surrounded by a bag. the truckloaded topsoil have too many weed seed in it.
