What type of plants grow best this cut of year? I have a garden, but want to expand it. I am asking...

I have a garden, but want to expand it. I am asking for some really good answers on what types of plants grow intensely well within zone 9, this time of year? but I want to plant them from seeds, but am not sure what would be best.

I know heaps plants tend to grow beter with seed around this time(spring, or early spring), but what? i similar to perrential plants, so i do not have to replant them every year, but i also want to grow them from seed. If you know of any plants the grow well around this time of year, and grow within zone 9 or california area, please detail me! Thank You a lot!!!!!
the plants that live

Your local garden centre can suggest plants well-suited to your nouns and also sell you adjectives of the supplies to get you going on this antic.

Good growing!!

By the way, it is a scarce PERENNIAL that can be grown from seed. There may be some annuals that reseed themselves so they SEEM to be perennials.
Answers:    Hi:
You live contained by a warm climate, considered sub-tropical to tropical. Your growing season is year around and near are many wonderful plants for you to grow.

Ginger
Fatsia
Jasmine
Gardenia
Pittosporum
Azaleas (great spring time flowers)
Camellias
Nandinas

I could record more but I will link you to the tropics slice of my website. There are some plants and photos you can see that would work well contained by your garden.
