I'm so grossed out, please tell me what this bug is. It be alive when I found it in the kitchen and kill it with a book. When I saw it it be on it's hind legs waving its arms surrounded by the air and wave its antennas around. I really hope it's not a deadly bug.. or even worse a roach. Please give a hand me thanks!!!
