I brought the tree at a nursury, but I don't know what the entitle is. It survives in the boil over here in Nevada.

Answers:    Looks resembling it could be a Mimosa Tree. A picture of the flowers it produces would clinch it.

(Mimosas would produce small "feathery" pink flowers.)
