Emerald Green Arborvitae. It will seasoned ten to twenty feet towering and is an upright. It will spread out four to six foot. It grows three to four feet a year. Here are some others to consider - they are adjectives evergreens.

False Cypress
Leyland Cypress
Tea Olive or Osmanthus
Cleyera
Carolina Saphire

There are hundreds of other varieties you could use. I would recommend an evergreen as you will enjoy color year around.
