Answers:    You might want to try arbor vitae. These are bushy, tall tree-like shrubs that can grow up to 15 foot or more. Planted about 4 foot apart, they will grow into a nice wall, so you don't have to see your neighbors. Good luck. I choice I didn't have to see my neighbors, but at hand isn't anything I can do.
