What kind of vegetables can I grow within hot soil, soil that have too much nitrogen? Only serious answers please.

Answers:    corn of any kind will use plentifully of nitrogen so will all leafy green plants resembling lettuce, mustards, the Asian choys.

You might want to grow a cover crop of a non leguemous crop such as annual rye, buckwheat, oats, sorghum, etc.
I can't think of any vegetable that can grow lower than those conditions. You may have to leach the soil of some of the nitrogen by soaking it thoroughly and wash the N down past the root zone. Excess N also can basis the soil to be too acidic so you might want to include some limestone after the leaching.
