What is this floral doubt used for? I received a bunch of items from a store that went out...

I received a bunch of items from a store that went out of business. Most of the items be from a floral shop so I think it may be used for floral displays. Any thought what it is called or what it is used for. An answer or a contact to information on it would be very encouraging. I can't seem to find anything in the order of it.
