Answers:    That one is actually Centaurea montana. Mine is blooming tremendously. Dead head it if you don't want it to spread. If it get 'leggy' and the foliage falls like a cat be laying within it, shear it down to 6 inches. It will grow back and may flower again, but not as heavily.
Looks approaching common blue cornflower to me. They grow resembling wildfire so if it's a confined space you might need to shift it somewhere else.
