What is the best means of access to save sea away from your house and crawl space? Part of my house is on a crawl space and part on...

Part of my house is on a crawl space and part on a slab. I enjoy noticed that the cog of the house on the slab is starting to get cracks contained by the ceiling and along the beams on the ceiling. My husband think it is because we have too much marine draining towards the house. Are there any singular types of plants that soak up a lot of marine but stay small enough to plant right subsequent to the house? Any type of gutters that would help? We don't really hold enough money to relandscape everything. Are within any relatively inexpensive "tricks" that might help? Thanks!

Answers:    My dad's house have the same exact problem.
He fixed this problem adjectives by himself, and he is 78yrs old.
Though I can bring up to date you this, he is very matriculate within his work.
He actually made resembling a moat around his house and somehow redirected the hose down away from the house.
I am not sure if there is piping below the grass. I'll have to ask him. It worked and the hose down now does not dance into his crawl space.

Simple french drains and some shovel landscaping may be satisfactory.Place the drains on the side of the water source and guide it around the foundation.
Red clay,bounteous in the south can be used to block digestion of water also if placed between the drains and the house.Remember gravity and rather creativity may save you money.
