What is growing surrounded by my backyard? There are two different shapes for what seem to be like peas...
There are two different shapes for what seem to be like peas in a pod thing: One is unsophisticatedly tower-shaped, the other is an almost-perfect sphere with a sickly green color. They own been coming up rapidly in truthfully dry weather on clay-dirt. When I kick them, they crumble close to dust, which stains the land a healthy-looking brown. The tower-shaped ones look like little termite mounds, but zilch seems to live surrounded by them.
Answers: The spheres are puffballs, the mounds sound close to the "mummies" of netted stinkhorns. RScott
