What is bloodbath the oak trees contained by southeastern Massachusetts?
Sudden Oak Death made it to Mass. a couple of years ago.here's info on it and other oak problems.

I live on the north shore, and the reason they are dying is they are suffering their 3rd year being eat by gypsy moths, which is weakening them and making them more susceptible to the two lined chestnut borer. Heres a connection to the US forest services Massachusetts forest health highlights.
