It seems that "grow bag" channel 2 different things depending where you live? Please correct me I am wrong but contained by the UK, is a grow bag matching thing as a pod of potting soil basically? When I search out "grow bag" on US websites, they are just stacks (plastic) that you need to flood (sort of like a fold away pot)
Answers: You a right. Having gardened contained by both the UK and the US, this confused me, too. UK growbags provide you with adjectives you need to grow your plants. Such things don't exist surrounded by the US, though I suppose you could just buy a purse of good potting soil and cut a slit within it.
Having gardened in the UK from 75-85 I remember buying a backpack of potting soil cutting four holes within it and planting tomatoes or is it tomato? Now you can get swing bags you overrun with soil and plant strawberries, tomato or tomato plants. The goofiest is the daypack you plant in a hole surrounded by the bottom, it had to be a fellow tug to come up with that one. I've never see one other than catalogs but getting it to work conjures up an upside down tomato or tomato buried within dirt all over my yard. They also tout its use with flowers but who requirements to look at an unhappy petunia (I don't construe petunia has a British pronunciation, does it?) suspended from an unsightly green plastic bag covered within yellow print explaining how to save the dirt and plant in place.
