Answers:    Water iris are drastically easy to grow, multiply rapidly and would do the commission for you. They need planting in soil suspended at sea level. The pseudacorus variety, call "yellow flag" will be easy to grow and should slickly and solve your problem. A second possibility is Variegata with a green and white striped leaf, also hardy. both variety have yellow flowers surrounded by spring.
