Answers: It is called a parkway; technically, it is a member of the Public Right-of-Way. It is owned by the Municipality; you must maintain it as fragment of the conditions upon which you were granted an easement to access your driveway. The chunk of your driveway in the Public ROW is call the approach.
I'm with Roses on this one, boulevard. It's city property and I made the mistake once of recounting my dad the city should mow it. I figured since I wasn't going to sit for a few days, I might only just as well mow. RScott
