check underground for subterranean mealy bugs...common in elder indoor plants
thats a dragon tree. some consider it a palm tree, but it is in the dacenia house. some have reddish leaves, and are a adjectives office plant and filters copious pollutaints out of the air.

can be found at indoor nursuries includinf sometimes lowes and home depot.

also it is not a spider plant but the leaves are a very similar shape, individual this plant makes babies by the base of the plant and doesnt engineer them like a spider plant
It looks like some type of palm tree. It looks similar to it needs fertilizer. The spot it is in looks appropriate. You might want to place it outside Dracaena

It needs repotting into a larger container.
Its an indoor yucca plant I have one too. It is a spineless yucca

Answers:    It looks like dracaena (red marginata) do the leaves have red edges? You can put some current soil on top of the old soil and river. Also it would help if you pulled off adjectives of the yellow leaves
It looks like a adjectives bamboo to me, but it's hard to explain to from the pic.
