I just moved to Riverside California and I my house is on a busy street. I can't own a fence better than 4 feet. However I can/should know how to have a put off grow as high as I desire to block this horrendous view, and put in privacy. I don't have a green thumb, and requirement to know what kind of plant to return with. I would like to buy one to be precise already grown too. The weather here is typical California weather, hot in the summer and cold (no snow) within the winter. range between 40 to 110 degree f.

I tried searching the network for something but I am not having any luck. Can you backing?

There are several good evergreen shrubs and trees that would work for privacy. These are also low care plants. Here are some suggestions for you:

Emerald Green Arborvitae
Leyland Cypress
False Cypress
Carolina Sapphire
Larger variety of Loropetalum
Black Dragon Cryptomeria

These are basically a few. When planting the trees, add some natural mushroom compost in beside your soil. This is an organic fertilizer that will closing up to one year. It doesn't smell
great but your trees will love it.
