Well. I found a whole ton of this Ivy growing from a palm tree, all the approach to the ground. Covers the entire plant other than the leaves. Here is a link to the picture i took. Any information on this plant would give a hand alot. Thanks guys!

The plant is on the the invasive species chronicle and in some states could possible just grow close to a wild fire. It is also a parasite and will eventually kill any tree it attaches to.
