What can you use to remove algie (moss) from a pond.?

The moss will form if the water is stagnant. A couple of question are, how big is the pond? You might be able to install a fountain surrounded by it to circulate the water. Are near any fish in it? You might know how to add a chemical to dampen the moss. If the water is stagnant it will also be a breeding ground for mosquito's. Is the pond on your property or is it within your community and shared by all? If it is shared, I don`t know you can talk beside the homeowners association to see if they can address the situation.
