I own a juice bar and hold lots of peelings/pulp leftover and I hate throwing it away because I hear that here are many uses for them. Does anyone have any recipes/ideas? Thanks.

p.s. - i use pretty much adjectives fruits but papaya.
Citrus peels should not progress in the compost, but everything else, but meat and dairy products.

You could start a worm farm. Look up "vermiculture". That is the fancy pet name for worm farming!!
Make a compost pile of course! Start with dirt surrounded by a barrel or large trashcan. Throw contained by your food waste (like fruit peels, egg shells, tea oodles, etc.) and mix up the waste with the dirt.

After a while, the soil will become especially enriched and good for using within potted plants or sprinkling into a hole when planting in the ground.
Answers:    use your compost in a vegtablae garden. they love compost and grow well surrounded by that type of soil. if nothing else plant you a few tomatoes, peppers and onions and fashion yourself a picante' garden!
Do you have room for a compost pile where on earth you live?

If not, contact a garden club in the vicinity.they will find someone who desires the leftovers
