Our new house is next to a woman that owns 5 or more cats, and there is tons of cat poop piled up next to my house. I shoveled nearly a dozen piles of it and threw it back into their yard as I be saying hi to the neighbor guy. The dirt smelled like cat pee, and it made me grain sick since I am pregnant. What can I do to keep these cats away, and to make my courtyard smell better?. Any good plant suggestions would help also.

The cats resembling to poop and pee right under my diningroom window where on earth our only shade is, and where the kids resembling to play. The smell makes me depressed and mad! It's not right when populace make their neighbors suffer so they can hord animals.
First of adjectives let your husband clean up the cat poo explanation cats can carry bad stuff for pregnant women and secondly here is stuff you can buy at the store that will make cats stay away. (Usually cats cover their poo. You are sure there isn't a dog anywhere around who is loose? ) There is a spray and you can spray it on your plants. Or you can soak a napkin in ammonia and leave it around within spots where the cats are going. They won't go implicit a strong ammonia smell. Also you can run water over your plants outside to dissipate the smell of the urine. Anyway, yuck that is pretty gross. I am sorry you own to put up with living next to the crazy cat female. In our area we have a rule that you can single own two cats and two dogs at one time. You might check into that where you live.

Rick M, that be mr. antifreezes intention!

I agree with Rick, it's true, thats considered a public menace since its on YOUR property!
Answers:    Fill three bowls with antifreeze set them around your patio I guarantee the smell will just go away
Be extremely careful more or less touching or cleaning up cat poo while you are pregnant. You can get a very serious infection/parasite from cat poo which could endanger your unborn little one. Contact the Cat protection society and ask them for hints about what you can do about the neighbours cats. Get cat repellent from your hardware and see if you can go and get an electronic repeller also. Good luck and be careful. Unfortunately, your going to upset your neighbor. Keeping cats out of your yard is practical impossible, but this will work. Go to your local Animal Control and they will issue you a cat trap. Every time you trap a cat, they will pick-up the animal and the trap can be reset. If you keep it stealthy...your neighbor won't know who is turning in her cats. But the Animal Control will notify her when her cats arrive to the shelter. After she pays the fines several times...she'll start human being more responsible. I just read the othe advice going on for leaving out antifreeze...NO, that will kill them.
Be careful around the cat poo. You could obtain toxoplasmosis which could cause birth defects. Let someone else verbs it up. get rid of your cats
