late enough that your neighbors aren't still sleeping. an hour or two up to that time sunset works best. Any time it is wet. Clogs the machine.
I stay away from early contained by the morning when the grass is wet or anytime the grass is wet for that thing. I also try to avoid mowing at the sun's peak because it can get intolerably hot. Shoot for mid-day overcast weather. well, lets see. impulsive in the morning there is dew on the grass and it will plug up the mower. within the middle of the day its too darn hot, and late surrounded by the day its getting dark and not locked. hire some kid to do it and have a cold brewski instead.
