for a while nitrogen, lots of phosphorus, a tad of potassium, some iron to green up the leaves, too!.

nitrogen to increase leaf production
phosphorus helps increase bloom production
potassium help to build strong root systems
and iron promotes function of chlorophyll.

can't find a label yet, but I'd suppose it contains some trace micronutrients, expected a soil pH stabilizer, and some elemental food for the microbes in the soil, too...
