We need something i.e. easy to plant that doesn't require on a daily basis watering.
Answers:    Evergreen shrubs such as cherry laurel (Prunus "Otto Luyken"), small hollies or boxwood are easy contemplation plants.

For flowering annuals, try lantana or zinnias for minimal watering. Vinca or petunias work well if you don't enjoy full sun.

Try Perennials such as re-blooming daylillies ("Stella Dora"),
Nepeta/catmint, Achillea/Yarrow, and Coreopsis/Tickweed.

Give your plantings a 2-2 1/2" layer of mulch for marine conservation and weed control.
You can go to the nearest garden place and ask them for different proposal if you'd like.
