Well, I have been seeing weird bugs in my yard, one is some unusual bee thing that loves to be around my sunflower, his upper body is green and his bottom is black/grey.

And today when I was planting my seed, I saw these weird, dung beetle-like bugs in my patio, I also noticed that the soil smelled sorta funny, like soap or something. What's going on? How do I carry rid of these bugs?
