Answers:    Start at least four unusual plants from this parent plant, rooting in dampen til roots are established and then potting surrounded by soil. You will get blooms contained by the second year from these offshoots.

I own more than a dozen varieties of hoya, and adjectives go outside from past due May through September in U.S. zone 5. This is when they really thrive and grow and I find flowers on most. Some of the older ones (I own a 30 year old start!) don't flower anymore but their branch sure do!

Note - do not put them in direct sunlight. Mine are on the front porch contained by hanging baskets lower than the eaves. I give them a well brought-up drenching once a week and put Osmocote in the pots twice a year surrounded by spring and fall.
I'd incite you to give it giant levels of indirect sunlight, which will prevent scorching, and nurture it with a big Potassium plant feed (this is the K, within the N:P:K fertilizer mix).

Ensure that you don't overwater it too. Keeps its leaves clean of dust etc. I don't know where on earth you live, but you could consider putting it outdoors during summer, if your climate is warm - the pale level boost may really strengthen it, and nudge it into flowering.

Otherwise, possibly your plant is really stubborn, gotten old and its time to hold cuttings from it, or retire it.

Hope this helps. Good luck! Rob
