i have be looking at water features and thay are amazingly expensive.How could i build my own water aspect??

Answers: You need a river sump (reservoir) a recirculating pump and some kind of point to pump it through.
The golden rule is to insure that all the sea that leaves the reservoir gets hindmost to it - otherwise you will be filling up forever, which defeat the object somewhat.
Another honourable guideline is that the water catchment nouns should be twice as wide as the stage of the feature. So, if you considered necessary a 5' high fountain it should be contained by an area that is to say at least 10' across.
The pump required will depend on what you want it to do.
