My house is only 1000sqft, so we're talking small. I want an Asian focus with perenials and a tree or two. I'm in Zone 5, Michigan. Anyone own a web site, book or TV shows that can help me set this up? I requirement to know what would be Asian, and how full I want to fill. I suppose landscaping bricks? Any creative thinking or point the way? Thanks!!

Answers:    sure, if you're on cable tv there are landscape shows on a few channels(DIY,etc.)..even your average Lowes,or Wal Mart has decent ornate brick/block, plus ornamental cedars/pines etc.not too sure about Japaneese Maple for your nouns .you may be to cold in winter..but they're nice too( much too expensive though in my opinion)..tons of books on the subject too. Google "asian garden landscaping"...well-mannered luck!
