She is allergic to neem and deet and her yard is full of ticks. She uses sevin dust on the courtyard and the dogs are on meds. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated.

Answers:    Try Oil of Citronella. I've used it for years. You'll probably have to ask the pharmacist for it.
