The sprouting bush is at the bottom...the main stem is 2 foot tall near 2 other branches. Did the picking of the buds..kill it?
I'm making some flowerbeds and I've dug up...

It will transport out more buds just below the point it be pinched and have a few more branches later it would have have without the pinching.
