Very nice electric Craftsman. I used it for a coup[le of years back on the East coast; but it does not snow surrounded by Southern California!
It snows in the mountains north of LA, so you may be capable of eBay it.

Make it into a piece of installation art by painting it "golden state" or "golden gate" colors, and next turning it into a planter for Snowdrops, Wintersweet, and other cold-weather-named plants.

Use the motor to hop up your lawnmower.
In winter, I see 6 inches of snow on vehicles coming down Sunrise Highway from Mt. Laguna. You could put an announcement on the Union-Tribune on-line; I had better luck in attendance, selling stuff than on craigslist. The U-T used to (maybe not anymore) let you record a few ads free every year. Here's a cooperation:

Here's a link to selling stuff directly to Mt Laguna:

Good luck!
Did you begin to bring any ladies' ice skates next to you?
Answers:    Lemon Grove here, you should either Ebay it, or you could travel to the local Craigslist site, because there are mountains hard by us, and it does snow up there, so I'm sure some empire could use them, and with Craigslist you could bump into someone and just present it to them in personality, and not worry just about shipping-packing it up (you'd have to use similar to UPS or something) and the shipping costs.
This is a BAD time of the Year to try to get RID of anything "Winter" orient... So if You CAN; Store it until October- & then put it up for "Auction" on Ebay. Not merely will you get more interested Buyers, but you'll "off-load it" at a superior price... :)
