Should you hose your grass contained by the untimely morning or belated evening? why?

Late evening. If you water surrounded by the evening the water have all darkness to soak into the ground and be drawn up by the roots of the grass rather than mortal evaporated by the daytime sun. Morning sun is not as strong as afternoon but it still causes evaporation.

If you live in a hot dry area- it may be best to wet once in the morning (this help to prevent drying out during the day) and then once after the sun have gone down. You would want to adjust the amount of time to split between the two, so as not to over water the pasture.

If you live in a lukewarm area- you should just do it contained by the evening. It makes better use of the hose you put down. It can evaporate too quickly during a reheat day's sun.
Answers:    because during the middle of the day the sea will act close to a magnifying cup and burn up your grass
